The "agricultural Federation anonymous Cooperative of Albenga" is born.
The social purposes are to facilitate collective shipments, by rail, of members' products, to purchase fertilizers and materials, to provide assistance and legal means to growers.
The target markets are Milan, Turin, Genoa and Nice.1929
The assembly of the members of the Federation adopts the "Shipping Regulations".
1939
The Federation is incorporated into the Provincial Agricultural Consortium, established by the fascist system.

On October 12th., against the will of the regime, over 450 people gather at the Odeon Cinema and found the anonymous company Cooperative "L'Ortofrutticola": the first president is Giuseppe Vazio, the initial members are 208.

1950 - 1960
Collective shipments and the commercial activity of the "Fertilizer Warehouse" are growing.
L'Ortofrutticola participates in the constitution of the Experimental Horticultural Center.1959
The cooperative undertakes the export route, adopting a dedicated "Special Regulation".
1960
L'Ortofrutticola increases its share capital and buys lands in Morella where the new headquarters will be built.
1970
The headquarters in Via Dalmazia is completed.

The "auction sale" begins with an electronic auctioneer.
1972
The Cooperative starts the commercial relationship with Coop supermarkets.
1973
The technical assistance service is established.
1986
Ce.Mi.Va., the Varietal Improvement Center in the Massaretti Region, becomes operational, which is now the place of the current headquarters of the Cooperative
1988
Introduction of integrated pest management systems.
1997
An agreement is signed with the CC container for the management of the deposit of the CC Trolleys.
1999
L’Ortofrutticola, the Ingauni winemakers and the Arnasco olive cooperative form a consortium in Coop Intesa.
2004
The OrtoShop is inaugurated

The land is purchased in the Massaretti Region where the current new headquarters of the Cooperative will be built.
2006 approval of the project.
2009 September, the construction site opens.
2009 May, signing of the preliminary sales agreement for the area of via Dalmazia and the tender specifications for the new headquarters.
2011 The deed of sale of the area of via Dalmazia is signed.

The current headquarters in the Massaretti Region is inaugurated.

The photovoltaic system is activated
2016
Important step for the certifications of our Cooperative: we have become GLOBAL G.A.P. - CHAIN OF CUSTODY Version 5.0 for potted and cut aromatic plants and for fresh fruit and vegetables.
We have also extended the certification of organic products to cut herbs as well.2019
The structure of our Cooperative changes from inside, creating a top-down organization.
2020
The deep transformation is completed and the internal organization reaches its definitive structure with the arrival of a new general manager.
