The storage of pesticides is also precisely regulated by current legislation considering the maximum safety for operators and the environment.

- The warehouse of plant protection products must be structured and managed in such a way as to prevent contamination of water bodies and the sewer system.

Our agrotechnical staff supports the associated farms with assistance in the correct compilation of the Notebook according to the regulations in force.
Farms are required to record cultivation operations, especially phytosanitary treatments and fertilization in nitrate vulnerable areas (ZVN).
The record sheet must contain the date of the treatment, the adversity to be countered, the name of the product, the dose used and the volume of water, the shortage for food products and the operator carrying out the treatment.
In the ZVN areas the fertilizations must also be inserted.
The official forms were approved by the Liguria Region with Decree no. 2611 dd. 28-05-2013.

In fact, starting from 26/11/2015 for the purchase of professional pesticides the farmer must be in possession of the "phytosanitary license", a document that enables him to purchase and use professional pesticides.
